Great place to stay cheaper rooms and big space

no issues with checkin. The room and amenities were really run down. Closet wouldn’t open, burn holes in carpet and comforter, shredding bed skirt. Bathroom fan was so loud it gave me a headache. I felt really uncomfortable on the property because there were men just sitting around all over the place. I feel a bit bad because ultimately none of them heckled me, but traveling alone made me worried. Wouldn’t recommend staying here especially as a solo traveler. Can’t imagine paying more than ~$60 and even then it feels steep.

When I got to the property, there were no signs on the building, the grounds were a mess, there were spray painted big rug trailers all over the parking lot, I got inside and noticed the pool was filled with dirt, and there were plywood boards over the hot tub, none of which was posted online. I checked in, got to my room, the lock bar on the door was broken off, there was electrical tape on my window to make it look like glass panel windows, and the tape was melting in the sun. There were plastic anchors in the walls, the shower Seal looked like it had mold, the furniture was stained. I refused to stay there. I then contacted Expedia. They got me a refund on one of my two nights. And because it was a holiday weekend, there were no vacancies anywhere so I chose to sleep in my truck, rather than stay at that motel.

Rooms are ok.. there are cigarettes burned on the comforter. Towels are only 2 and 1 wash cloth. Shower handles are loose and only cold water was coming out on the shower head. Expected some breakfast. Was told last minute there’s no breakfast. Other than that reception was ok.. had a minor hiccup with changing the reservation.. but it worked out..

The place felt dirty. front desk staff were difficult to get a hold of. The place needs a deep clean. Carpets deep cleaned walls washed. The works. it reminds me of one of those old horror movies, only you have to pay a lot. The chairs seem dirty in the room the ironing board I wouldn’t use even though I wanted to, because it felt dirty. It just feels like it’s very old and needs to be cleaned.

Safe and quiet days. The service was really good. Facilities upgrade recommended to be one of the best places to stay in LOMPOC

It was not the worst hotel we have stayed at. However this hotel is run down and not kept up. The bathroom counter and cabinet doors were broken but the room was clean. Definitely too pricey.

Lots of restaurants near by. Hotel needs up grading tho. Good to sleep only. Too bad pool is closed.

I had to cancel my stay at this place. We ended up staying at the motel six this place. The first floor was being used as an apartment complex for the field workers. There was a lot of buses and 18 wheelers on the outside and there was a lot of random people around the place did not look safe.

Booked because it has a pool and gym. Both were non functional. Rooms are shoddy, old and dirty. No elevator to 2nd floor. Lots of migrant laborers hanging out in the halls and staying in bunk beds in rooms. Minimal towels, shoddy drapes, noisy, very distasteful.

Staff was nice, room was fine but old and a bit beat up. It was spacious which was great since we had our two little kids with us. Sink leaked and water pressure of the shower was horrible.

They offer pool access, but once you're there, the facilities can't be used because they say there's no access due to COVID restrictions. They didn't warn us about this before we made the reservation. We stayed three days, and the room wasn't cleaned every single day. When we arrived, the bathroom sink was clogged, the TV remote didn't work, and the window that uses two curtains only had one. Unfortunately, the guests in the room next door kept us awake with their noise, and we couldn't find any security personnel to complain to and ask them to keep them quiet.
