The hotel is great for being a budget hotel. The room was clean and beds comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast choice isn’t too big but perfectly fine for the price. It was always well presented and clean. Free parking is also on site which is helpful. Also on a busy Saturday evening we found a spot.

Few things in property was broken They have Small congested rooms. Issue with breakfasts

Friendly staff at check in and breakfast. Room clean but unfortunately every now and then smelt like smoke due to someone smoking out there window a couple of rooms away. Have stayed here many times and first time smelling smoke which is annoying as

Basic clean room. Good price. Disappointing that no kettle or drink making facilities in the room.

Room sizes are okay for France. My room barely had space to go around but my kid's room was more spacious and so was their bathroom compared to mine. The elevator going to the section of my rooms was under renovation but it was so frightful that my 15 year old daughter was scared to ride it. Not to exaggerate but it looked similar to how mommys were wrapped in Egyptian times. The shower grout showed areas of mold. Needs some super cleaning or renovation.

It was good value for money it was very clean The breakfast was excellent the chef that made the food worked very hard the bunk bed was made it was clean no stains or anything the staff was very helpful amazing

Great stay, we used the hotel as a stop over before and after our stay at Disneyland Paris. Lovely attentive staff. Nice hotel. Wish there was more plug sockets though- our room only had 1 but that was my only gripe.

The hotel is very run down and not clean. There was a lot of flies/bugs around the breakfast buffet which is why we stopped eating there.

Missing toiletries (shower gel and toilet paper), very old towels, and a toilet door not closing. The entire hotel seems to be becoming very deteriorated.

Hotel very basic not like normal ibis I have stayed in. Very hot, air con rubbish,rubber sheets, Staff very friendly and helpful .

It was a stop off for Disney. Very convenient location but: -arriving after the parks closed the car park was full -at breakfast there was insufficient plates, bowls etc for all guests which meant I could not eat what I wanted -the bathroom had mould -the shower head bracket was absent, so you had to hold it.

The room was falling apart. AC broken and full of mould. Shower flood bathroom floor. Stains on the sheets. Crazy loud till about 4/5am. Staff made a mistake and charged us for 2 days breakfast when should have been 1 and the staff memeber refused to help and so rude in the process. Happy to take your money but ignored and spoken to terribly for their mistake. Still owed the money and still being ignored. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy

Its a nice budget hotel. Very nice if you just want to spend a night sleeping

There were a couple of bits in the room showing wear but for the one night it was fit for purpose. Staff were very helpful.

Friendly, cleans everyday, quiet, and has a friendly cat in the lobby. It’s great just for a place to bunk. I stayed with my significant other and we were out most of the day. We didn’t require anything fancy so this place was a great place to stay.

Excellent 2 night stay. 15 min easy walk to RER then 35min direct train to central Paris. Breakfast is great and several places to eat dinner close to hotel.

Cat in the reception, in the lobby on the counter, I think it isn’t normal , I am allergic, and I said I can’t be around cats and they didn’t care . Sheets were very dirty. And when we asked to order for us a taxi , they just told us : here the telephone number, you need to call . We asked if they can call because we don’t have fresh phone and don’t speake French . They said no. I never seen such a service in my life.

Reasonable price for the service. The hotel is near Disney land and there’re some good restaurants just beside the hotel. My stay was good but I recommend bringing a towel :) all the staff are so polite and friendly and would try their best to help you even if they don’t speak English well. However there is one person in the reception who was so rude with me and entered my room the day of the check out without a permission I think his name was Jack or Jake. You can park your car safely in the parking. Overall I recommend staying there.
