⭐ 1/5 – A disastrous experience After driving over 300 km under scorching heat, all we wanted was to relax in a comfortable place. The photos online had sold us a dream: a clean, somewhat classy motel with a pool to unwind… What a disappointment! From the moment we arrived, we realized we’d been duped. The room was in a dreadful state: dirty towels, clear signs of previous guests, broken equipment everywhere. We don’t even want to imagine the last time it was cleaned. The night was a nightmare: constant noise, it felt like the walls were made of paper. No chance of getting any rest. And to top it all off: the pool was filthy and far too warm to be refreshing. Honestly, avoid this motel at all costs. It’s a total scam, nothing like what they show online. We would’ve been better off sleeping in the car.

The rooms were clean but the mattresses were terrible! No ice machine that worked On the first floor. They weren’t really ready for us when we got there, no AC in the lobby, we about roasted trying to get checked in.

Staff was great and helpful, wish the attached restaurant was open!

Good hotel.

We loved our stay. The room was very nice and the staff were wonderful.

It doesn’t look like much on the outside but the room was excellent. Very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend it.

Check in was easy, pool and hot tub were very nice but the mattress was a little firm for my comfort.

Great value for the price

Room accommodations were okay, 2 star, but no elevator and stairs were rough. The second story walkway was not safe. Cute little town, but very limited facilities.

It is surrounded by stunning scenery.

Hotel was nice and comfortable. The area around it has limited amenities. We did have a nice dinner at a hotel that was in walking distance to the hotel. Felt safe and was checked in by a friendly host who also recommended our dinner location. Conveniently located to Monument Valley. Probably won’t be in the are again but if so, would stay again.

I’ve never been to Utah so I wasn’t really sure where to stay. But I saw the inn was located between hat rock and monument valley and it worked out perfectly! The room was comfortable, not 5 star comfortable but it was nice enough I didn’t really have any complaints about it. It had a nice pool and hottub!! The biggest selling point though was the view! It was spectacular! The red rock and the San Juan river worth the stay . Could it use a little updating? Sure but what hotel inn doesn’t?

Lights didnt work in the room. Reception was poor. Staff didnt give detailed information about the stay.

curbside appeal a little offputting due to exterior maintenance/rehab is needed. Rooms have dated furniture but clean. nice location along river, peaceful. would recommend to others, as long as on 1st floor (2nd floor deck doesn't look safe to me).Just saying.

Reliable and exactly what I expected. The motel was a little oldee but kept up extremely well. This is the best option in this area and was worth what I paid. If you are doing monument valley, bears ears national monument, or natural bridges NM, this is the best place to stay. Central to all of it. Will stay again.

The pool and hot tub area is definitely a draw for this place. Very nice area overlooking the river and cliffs.
