It's so ok. 10 points, from the location to the reception, the room is so great. I went with a small child, you guys supported me wholeheartedly. There is a laundry room, hot and cold water to drink.
The receptionist supported me from the time I didn't arrive until I left ♥️ thank you guys for giving my family a wonderful experience in Hanoi
