The reception staff very helpful. The hotel was in a great location to reach the sights. Each reach on the train station for our onward travel. We enjoyed the breakfast included in our stay.

Top hotel on top location

It was good location,and decent size room and breakfast had plenty of choice,just needed a toaster for the bread.

2nights stay with my sister for good food and drinks it was magic

Do you like to sleep? If, like me, you enjoy some quiet at night for some rest, then this place might not be for you. There is a nightclub out behind the hotel fhat shuts down "whenever they feel like it", as I was told. When I asked why I'd been put in such a noisy room I was told "sometimes the party is in the back, sometimes the party is in the front. You are in a noisy part of town, you just have to deal with it". I was then told to put in ear plugs if it bothered me. Great location, passable rooms, not good if you intend to sleep at night.

Excellent location, right on the Main Street. We had a room near the back, so it was fairly quiet. The lack of air conditioning is a problem- we were really hot at night (even with the window open). Staff were very friendly and the free cake slices and community chess board were lovely touches. The modern design is great and the beds were fairly comfy.

A cosy boutique hotel in the heart of beautiful Gdansk. The location was perfect, easily walkable to all sights in the old town, and the station. The breakfast offering was outstanding. We loved trying different dishes, freshly cooked each morning.

Such a lovely small hotel, perfect for exploring the old town, 10min walk to the train/bus station. Numerous restaurants nearby. Fabulous breakfast. Would definitely recommend for a city break / short stay

Extremely disappointed in this hotel. I paid for a bigger room and the TV didn’t work so had to be moved 10pm at night to a smaller room. One big bed instead of separate beds, that I made sure to pay extra for. (I’m a 30 yo woman sharing a bed with my mother after being moved). Also, compared to a stunning walk- in shower, we had a tiny shower that just was so different in size. (hence paying for a bigger room). Didn’t even have a side table so I can plug my phone in like a normal person and had to balance it on the bedframe because again, sharing a bed with my mom. Oh also, the tv was terrible in the new room for two nights of the three. Their response to this was, we’d have a compensated dinner for our troubles; which we agreed to instead of arguing for a discount. We were told at the start of dinner the drinks would be compensated and we’d just just to pay for one of the two steaks (they expected us to order pizza. We agreed to the 50% on steaks; we have dinner and after the fact they only said they’d give us 50% off the steaks and not even compensate our drinks or anything. We had a cocktail each and my mom ordered a tea.So it wasn’t a lot. Eventually, it was sorted and we still paid 100 złoty for their mistake? I just think it was super unprofessional and a super disappointing experience from someone who travels a lot, I’ve never experienced this. All other staff was fantastic but so much miscommunication and back and forth, we would have opted to not have the dinner

This property was in an excellent location in the old town and within a few minutes walk of some of the main attractions of the city. Breakfast was fabulous, the best I've had so far this year. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend a stay here, it was perfect for me.

Can’t praise the hotel and restaurant enough. Great value and hotel although small is central located in the old town . Had amazing meals in the hotel/restaurant with a hotel stay discount . Poland seems to be one if the few places left to get value for your money . A must stay here for sure .

Absolutely perfect location (you can’t get more central and also felt very safe), cute ambiance, very kind and attentive staff, and the breakfast add-on was definitely worth it. An area with room for improvement: I added an extra night last minute, so stayed in two different rooms and both mattresses were very thin/unsupportive, which was okay for me, but I imagine could be a problem for someone with back and/or mobility concerns.

Excellent hotel, perfect position to access everything. Restaurant for breakfast was lovely and staff cannot do enough for you. Would def stay here again

Through incompetence by Wizz air andLeeds Bradford airport I didn’t mange to make the short trip but the hotel were very accommodating and have offered me a voucher for when I can rebook the trip. Thank you very much Mark

Lovely staff, gorgeous building, great breakfast

This is a beautiful hotel with the most perfect location. It can be a little noisy on a Friday or Saturday night, despite the good sound proofing in the windows, so bring ear plugs (they are provided if not). Staff were wonderful and helpful. We'll go back here.
