There were no lamps in the room just one big bright over lit overhead light the app said pet friendly but I was told not to bring my service dog back.. the room was not clean when I got in it there was dirt on the floor the only nice thing about the room was the refrigerator

We only stayed here for a night and I won’t ever be back. There were no towels or toilet paper in the room on check in. The tv in the 1st bedroom didn’t work. We had to wait 10 minutes before I could check in because no one was manning the desk, and they already charged my card before we got there.

Staff was friendly. Rooms clean.

No mirror in the bathroom. Outlets didn’t work. Air barely worked. It’s what you get for the pay

I didn't like that I wasn't able to ever check in and had to get a room elsewhere because there was no one at the front desk or on the other end of any phone number given therefore having to pay for a place or service I didn't receive because it was no refundable..

I booked a pet friendly hotel. When I walked into the lobby to check in the first thing I see is a sign saying "no pets". When I said I booked a pet friendly hotel they asked if it was through hotels.com to which I said yes. Was told either the $50 or no refund cancel since it was less than 24 hrs out from check in. This is extortion! Absolutely dishonest and disgusting behavior.

Was that was asked if I had a pet with me and after answering no was still made to give a $50 deposit no additional outlets for mobile devices no place to hang your clothes up not very friendly atmosphere.

The room was nice but it was so hot in there. We turned the air on 60 when we got in the room and it never cooled off.

Awesome place. We stayed here the night our house burned and they were friendly and gave us extra time to check out the next morning

The room was dirty. It hadnt been cleaned. Infested with bugs. This property does not accept pets. Pictures are not true to what the property or rooms look like

I arrived to the property only to find out the room was never booked. I had to find a pay for another hotel room because I could not cancel with Expedia.

Dirtiest hotel that I have ever stayed at.

I checked in and checked out immediately it was horrible the room it’s self was disgusting but the main issue was the people out side being loud and drinking in the parking lot. Felt very unsafe for my family we did not stay
