Secure garage parking for motorcycle and great breakfast

Property is well placed for walking into the old city. Parking was excellent and a definite plus. Staff was helpful and management worked with us when an upset happened in our plans. Thought that breakfast offerings were a bit overpriced. Room was large and well placed, very neat and clean.

Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean but very sparse on amenities. You woukd need to bring your own stuff. Shower is nice as is the room and bathroom. Good storage space. Parking was good and really a bonus given the environment. Staff consists of one person at the reception desk. Would stay here again but would be more propared with my own amenities.

Loved staying at this hotel. Convenient location to go anywhere in the beautiful Evora. Excellent underground parking (it’s quite a narrow entrance so be careful going in and out though!). Nice pool, adequate gym but could do with some heavier weights. The ‘superior’ room I was staying in was roomy and had a lovely balcony, safe, small fridge, coffee/tea making facilities.Breakfast was excellent with a great deal of choice. Food and drink was a bit on the pricey side but the quality was generally quite good. I couldn’t speak more highly when it comes to the staff. Will definitely be staying here again at some point.

This is a very clean hotel with modern amenities in an excellent location. It works perfectly for couples traveling with a really good restaurant, two pools and comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location and beautiful room.

This is the 4th time that we have stayed at this property, which is well maintained, well appointed and conveniently located. Breakfasts are good, although the service is a bit inflexible with only two types of egg preparation (scrambles and boiled). But each stay has been marked by a dour, miserable attitude by both reception and outlet staff. This is a pity, as this hotel could easily be a 5 star accommodation.

Hotel located in very good place. Everything is within walking distance. Breakfast was really good. Parking is underground, easy access and safe.

Breakfast was delicious! Great to have parking on site! Room was clean and staff very accommodating and friendly!

Dirty bathroom. Very hot room with inadequate AC. No breakfast even though we booked breakfast with our room. They had no record of it and blamed it on using Expedia. Said we shouldn’t have used them and that is why we didn’t get the breakfast. Beyond disappointed. Waste of time and money. Zero stars!

A very pleasant weekend. The hotel allocated us a large room overlooking the historic centre. Very comfortable. Staff were professional yet friendly; answering our many questions about the city and university.
