Dirty bathroom. Very hot room with inadequate AC. No breakfast even though we booked breakfast with our room. They had no record of it and blamed it on using Expedia. Said we shouldn’t have used them and that is why we didn’t get the breakfast. Beyond disappointed. Waste of time and money. Zero stars!

A very pleasant weekend. The hotel allocated us a large room overlooking the historic centre. Very comfortable. Staff were professional yet friendly; answering our many questions about the city and university.

Clean room, friendly staff, great location to old town Evora and sights such as the Cathedral.

Great hotel, good location. Unfortunately the restaurant was under renos when we were there, so could not use it. However their breakfast was excellent!

Nice, clean, and comfortable hotel. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The staff didn’t seem very interested in welcoming guests. Most of the receptionists were young and appeared more focused on what was on their computers than on helping guests. Breakfast was basic—decent, but nothing special. You’re better off walking about 100 feet to the right after exiting the hotel, where you’ll find a local café that offers a much better coffee and breakfast experience.

Great hotel and location in evora was perfect.

The room was great, clean and spacious, with a great bathroom and shower. Breakfast was decent and at a fair price. The restaurant was closed, but the snack bar saved us when needed.
