The location is perfect. Family friendly hotel

The room like exactly look like a picture, good locations and effortable, will back again.

Place is great and clean. Nice view also from the room, complete facilities. However might need to recheck the check out time, because in voucher, it said 12.00 but in hotel they said 10.00 and not informed us also before, so I managed everything to be out 12. However I just found out afterwards that check out is at 10.00. Please next time be on the same page about the check out time. Because I don't like to get treatment (that in my opinion is a bit harsh treatment by the staffs), as if I prolonged the time by my own will while i'm just doing timing based on the check out time provided by agent. Thanks.

The place is great, the rooms are also big, we booked a 2 room apartment, overlooking the sea. The view is very beautiful. So it feels like to stay here again. Only the improper house cleaner. But no problem. The tram is opposite the hotel, Buy a tourist basket for those who go back and forth all day, more efficient. If you want to go to the mall to Cavill Avenue. There are many restaurants and supermarkets.

Really good place for holiday... love the place, the staffs everything was good. Will comeback..
