Very nice traditional ryokan. Wonderful staff and delicious kaiseki. Very relaxing surroundings.

This place is quite dated and not cell maintained. Lobby furniture reminded me of my grandma’s house (and not in a good way), room was cramped, food mediocre. We booked two nights, but left and went elsewhere after the first night. I would not recommend it.

직원분들은 대체로 친절 했으나 석식 조식을 가져가 주시는 나이 많은 여직원분은 친절하지 않았음 가이세키와 조식은 아쉬웠지만 평을 보고 감안하고 간것이라 괜찮았고 동네자체가 너무 이쁘고 제대로 힐링이었다 아마가세 자체가 너무나 이쁘고 역에 계신 아주머니 직원분 넘넘 친절하셨고 그분이 아마가게의 좋은 기억이 8할 이상 하신듯,! 송영버스는 미리 예약하지 않아도 역에 도착하면 그 직원분께서 숙소로 전화해주신다

Staff are very nice and food are very good

You will enjoy this place if you like old Japanese charm. It's an older hotel but well maintained. You need a car if you choose to stay here. The closest convenience store is 6km away.

Great staff. Very friendly. Excellent attitude and service although most staffs could not speak English at all. Not much to do in the area. Dinner is very good. Lots of food. Recommended.

Very nice and great size open air onsen and balcony in the room, the only problem is that you can't change water yourself as the drain of the tub seems to require a key to open. Once the whole tub turned cold, we can only keep adding new hot water in, but this will result in having cool water on the bottom of the tub and hot water on the surface. Another thing is hotel is next to train track, so beware of noise level if you mind, but it was not that bad anyway.

아침은 예상한 것과 같이 일본식 아침으로 간결하게 나왔습니다. 식사전에 식사메뉴에 대한 설명을 간단하게 해 주셨는데, 문제는 생산구이 같은 것에 대해 언제 뒤집어야 할지

職員服務態度良好。房間有私人露天風呂。

부모님모시고 가족여행으로 갔었는데, 기대이상으로 너무 만족스럽고 다시 오고 싶었던 료칸이었어요! 온천도 너무 좋고 직원분들이 친절하게 해주셔서 숙박내내 기분좋게 보낼수 있었어요!

夕食も大変美味しく品数多く満足

正月明けで正月料理とかけはなれたものを楽しみにしてたが、正月料理に近かった。残念。 施設も、写真と実物は全く違っていて、ビジネスホテルを改装し露天風呂を付けているだけで、写真の情報風景等の違いがありビックリ。この案内はおかしいと思います。

トイレがベッドの近くにあり 友達と行った時に少し気を使います 洗面所辺りにあると落ち着けます。

夕食は充実して満足でした。
