Our only complaint is that we paid extra for an ocean view, but the view is blocked by a tree! Either cut down the tree or don’t boast of an ocean view.

The Bay View Suite had it all for me. Great view, kitchenette, loved the sitting area and fireplace. Easy walk to shops and restaurants in Eastsound. Friendly helpful staff.

Location

Two different fairies were canceled on our way to the property. They very graciously gave us a free late checkout, and had us all taken care of so we could just go directly to the room. She answered my 50,000 questions with patients and good cheer, and they had really delicious muffins and free tea in the morning for us. We had our fur baby with us and they could not have taken better care of their doggy guest. There was a bed and blanket and towel and a fun little bag of treats for himIt’s a really cute little property with an amazing view, in a great little town, with lots of fun stuff to do. We really enjoyed every second of our time.

Quaint and comfortable.

Loved the balcony and beautiful view. Hotel is need of some updates. We stayed in January, which was wet and cold, and were looking forward to using the hot tub. We were surprised to learn that the hotel didn’t have a hot tub as advertised but were told we could use the rec centers around the block. We walked in the dark and gold to be denied entrance due to not having a key fob, which the hotel was unable to provide. Frustrating experience and the gal at the front desk was aloof. Next time we’ll stay next door.

Great location, easy check-in and nice room.

The staff were so helpful. Brought us wine glasses and plates when we asked for them and left a special birthday gift for my husband. Coffee, tea, and muffins were available in the morning. Our room was nice and modern.

I had a wonderful stay at the Outlook Inn on Orcas Island. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Eastsound with beautiful views of the water and surrounding islands! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The New Leaf restaurant is a standout, offering some of the best food on the island -- definitely a must try for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!
