Property and beach is absolutely stunning. We also had Chef's Table at the restaurant there and it was beyond expectations. Highly recommend this resort!

Beautiful resort right on the beach - dining options on site so very convenient if looking for a completely relaxing vacation. The staff was very friendly and always willing to assist as needed.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was very pleasant and the staff very nice. Coffee in the mornings were great! All the restaurants on the property were great. I loved the water and suntan lotion stations, plus the baby diapers. If I had to make a suggestion to improve it would be cleaning the bird droppings on the rails in the restaurant by the ocean. Believe me it didn’t really bother me because I enjoyed the view while I ate. Overall experience was great and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Thank you for a great visit

I like the boutique style of this resort. There was daily yoga, coffee/teas in the am…happy hour at 5pm…the cocktails at the Library were 5 star. Wonderful resort would return!

My wife and I had a great experience. We were celebrating our 34th wedding anniversary. From the point of entry and checking in to our departure was very smooth. Prior to our arrival, I had been communicating with Eni Pratiwi trying to understand how to prepare for our trip and requiring guidance on transportation and amenities offered at the Kimpton. This made our initial preparation and expectation easy since we knew what to expect. Upon arrival we were offered a nice drink and we were met with a smiling front desk staff member by the name of Sofia. She was very helpful getting us checked in and advising us on the resort. In fact she made our visit more special by sending us a bottle of wine and a personalized card to celebrate our anniversary. Throughout the week, the location of the beach, cleanliness of the hotel and beach was exceptional. We also found a location on the beach with trees and an umbrella to help my wife enjoy the beach since she is sensitive to the sun. We met Elton and Jimbo who took care of us while we were on the beach with fresh towels and advice on how to make the most of our time on the beach. Service was excellent when it came to getting drinks and food. The quality and price met our expectations as being reasonable for a resort. When we went to the breakfast buffet, the food is excellent

A terrific property with great staff.

We loved everything about this property! From the gorgeous view from our terrace, beautiful white sand beach to wine o'clock daily at 5pm. The staff was so attentive & went out of their way to make sure we had an exceptional experience. Hope to go back soon!

Unfortunately, during my stay, the property was overwhelmed with a block of large families with several kids. The management allowed the families to hold 20 beach seats everyday; even individual seating for their toddler's, babies and other small children. Screaming, yelling, loud talking was constant. I am certain many guests vacations were ruined. I WOULD NOT recommend this resort for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing and peaceful vacation. Hats off to the staff who were doing their best while being overwhelmed, overrun and seemingly unsupported by management who clearly had no idea how to mitigate the situation.

Everyone was so friendly and sweet! The propert is clean and gorgeous and we loved every person who works there! Amazing time!

We have been to many islands, but Kimpton sets the bar very high for others to follow. The staff were amazing, sincerely wanted to make your vacation the best it could be. They really want you to enjoy your vacation! Room service for breakfast on the balcony was spectacular! Can’t say enough about the maids, kept our room immaculate, with nice little personal touches! From start to finish…….AMAZING!

Very nice property, great staff and service. Excellent private beach. Complementary wine everyday 5-6 pm. Only negative i would say is it’s pricy, but i would go back.
