Great breakfast buffet!

All excelent !!

En la ducha se acumulaba el agua, eso es antihigiénico. Nos cambiaron de habitac. En la nueva habitac trajeron el papel higiénico abierto todos los días. El gerente o encargado del hotel fue prepotente y grosero en el check out. Salimos antes del hotel por el pésimo servicio.

Good hotel with all services, and in a good location. My only bad experience was the emergency alarm going off after midnight twice (apparently by accident).

The customer service experience at this hotel was unreal! The staff were GENUINELY friendly. Completely different culture. I wish our customer service in the U.S. was this amazing. Not to mention my room was really nice: comfortable and clean and very modern look. And the buffet breakfast every morning was delicious. Loved it. Thank you Casa Andina!

The WiFi was spotty in my room. Signal was on and off for me. Billing issue -- they wanted to charge me when I had already prepaid. It eventually was resolved.
