- Plus points: friendly and enthusiastic receptionist, convenient location near the center, cheap price compared to the market - Minus points: the room smelled a bit damp when we first checked in, the shower was broken so it was quite difficult to shower, besides there were cockroaches in the bathroom 😢 because we didn't want to be complicated, my family didn't contact the hotel to change rooms because we had already booked 2 nights, however if we have another chance to come to Da Nang, we probably won't stay here again.

Initially, the hotel did not arrange the right type of room that I booked (the quality of the room was not equal, the room was smaller and did not have the right amenities such as city view, bathtub, ...) After raising this issue. I was finally able to change to a new room similar to what I had booked.
