We had a leak in the hotel and all of my girlfriend’s makeup was ruined due to that diaper leak.

When we went to check in Hotels.com had not booked our room even though they had charged me already. Hotel well great in getting it fixed without me having to pay again

Economical, easy access, friendly staff but overall condition and comfort was average at best.

The hotel was just fine but Hotels.com SUCKS due to the fact that i was not allowed to cancel the PART of the reservation 72 hours in advance-like most other sites. I was not allowed to make changes after the FIRST night! that is a load of CRAP! My wife broke a tooth and had to stay for the dentist and my daughter had a last minute issue at work and had to stay...GOOD BYE AND PLEASE GO BROKE!

Very friendly support staff all around the hotel. The breakfast was hot and good. My favorite is always the waffles and it was delicious.

Property is conveniently located to visit OSU campus, staff was friendly and breakfast had fair, hot options for breakfast. Room was spacious - general wear and tear, but clean for an evening stay for game day! Go Pokes!

I booked a room with 2 queen beds and got a room with 1 king. And the response was "oh sorry, but we are sold out". I needed a room with 2 queen beds. That's why I booked that room category.
