I’d like to share my experience with this hotel. I initially canceled one of my room bookings in order to rebook at a lower rate. The cancellation was done well in advance, within the penalty-free period, and the receptionist assured me it would be processed. However, the hotel still charged me for the canceled room. Despite following up, the cancellation was never properly handled, and I had to resolve the issue myself through my credit card provider. I’m not someone who complains easily — the room was fine for the price. But this experience was a waste of my time and negatively affected my peace of mind.

Great getaway

Run down hotel. Cold air came in thru door and screen in bathroom window was torn and window didn't close so it was freezing in bathroom with cold air coming in. Had to run faucet for at least 5 min to get hot water. If hotel was busy parking would have been a mess with being parked in by other cars. There was a domestic dispute 2 doors down with yelling and cursing resulting in 3 policemen being on site for about an hour. Not fit for more than a one night stay. Picked this hotel because within walking distance to convention center where my granddaughter participated in cheer competition.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had staying at a hotel, first thing is this hotel looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 1970’s. I stayed two nights because I couldn’t get a refund from the hotel, I took only one shower because it took nearly 24 hours for the tub to drain after the only shower. The bed seemed to be on a box of broken springs, whenever I moved the sound of springs in the bed would wake me up. The bathroom is prehistoric, broken window, sink ready to fall off the wall and the room was cold because of the window issues even with a noisy A/C running with the heat on. I could go on even further of the negative experience I had staying at this particular place but that’s enough. Save your money and time and choose another hotel, but these winter hotels in Wildwood are not that appealing so choose carefully. I grew up in Wildwood I worked at many hotels over the years there, this was the worst hotel I stepped foot in on the island of Wildwood.

From the moment we walked in that evening customer service was great we were in and out and up to our room the view was great so quiet and being able to walk out right to boardwalk was so awesome me and my neice slept like babies. Thanks so much for making my visit great I will be back next month

Staff was very nice and helpful.

The receptionist left the counter and locked the door leaving multiple people outside to wait for 20-30 minutes. When i went to check in, they attempted to charge me $10 to park at the hotel after i just paid 150 dollars . The room was a dump, with the panels leading to the shower pipes hanging open, the door to the room had a nice gap in it so i got to hear the drunks all night, the hot water didnt work, the table was COVERED IN ANIMAL HAIR and to top it all off there were dead bugs ON TOP OF "CLEAN SHEETS" I have pictures of a bug and the condition of the room. I will never stay in this hotel again and i wouldnt advise anyone else stay unless its the hotel paying them too for the trouble.

I liked that the board walk was right next to our motel.

Dirty! I don’t believe they change the sheets! First floor bathroom window’s screen was completely unattached, unsafe!

Had stayed before. the only issue was a group of younger people staying in the room next door, but the issue was resolved. will stay again

Very good location. Clean motel except for water dripping from the ceiling. The staff is kind, helpful and attentive.

Perfect location! Walk right onto the boardwalk. Our tv did not work. Very disappointing to not be able to watch tv. Doorknobs are falling off. Sheets and towels were clean, but floors and walls were dirty. Didn't sew any alarming bugs, just some gnats. Needs renovations but still not too bad for the price we paid.

Typical old time Wildwood motel- doo wop era… small but clean and safe and they were very kind ….As with many motels of this era in Wildwood don’t expect new or fancy- but it’s original and clean and small- but that’s what we wanted. Steps away from the boardwalk- parking free and no fuss… plus for the upgraded Wildwood hotels your looking at 400$ plus per night for the same size place just repainted and a little More modernized.. we can no longer afford the place we went to since childhood for that reason.. so this is very beach old wildwood and that’s ok because it’s just a bed and fridge ect so you can go Have fun on the boardwalk and beach

I love this place we go twice a year and I love that they are dog friendly

I enjoy my stay, it was clean and comfortable; the workers were polite as well. The downside of this area was the noisy in at night; due people, and parking being kinda awkward. regardless it was good price, and it was manageable

Convenient to boardwalk and beach. The motel itself needs a lot of updates and more cleaning staff. They let young people stay there and do not monitor the way they treat there property. I also think they should have certain rooms with dogs and rooms you can’t bring dogs. I have stayed there years ago and was never this bad. Hopefully they can change something’s to make it better again. Thank you.

Hotel was very run down and dirty. Tenants very loud all hours of the night and dogs everywhere. Not for families.
