Location is good. Nearby the harbour, restaurants, and some supermarkets. Staff is friendly, but their English isn’t that great. Rooms are tiny and disgusting, full of mold and huge cockroaches. The bathroom is tiny, and to shower, you’ll have to stand inside the toilet.

The room is comfortable, but the staff seems to lack attention to detail. I booked for November 26-28, 2025, and paid, but on the afternoon of the 27th, the staff asked if I wanted to extend my stay. Please provide more details. Thank you.

No window, room is hot eventhough mine is airconditioned. A very small toilet (clean though). Everything is so basic. Near to street selling fresh produce; I can even smelled the fishes from my room. You can hear everything happening outside. The only upside that for a cheap price like this, it is actually near to the city & marina.

A very good location near harbour. Easily accessible .If you are looking for a low budget hotel, this the place, need soundproofing though.

Saya memesan dengan harga 150 ribu namun sampai di hotel saya harus menambah 50 ribu lagi jikalau tidak saya harus tidur di kamar yang di gabung bersama tamu lain.

Dekat sekali dengan pelabuhan wisata Labuan Bajo. Pusat belanja, kuliner juga dekat. Staff di sini kurang ramah.

Not bad for a cheap budget hotel. It's really good.

For the price of ± 300k, this is not really worth it. The rooms are narrow, not clean, there is no air freshener, the toilets are cramped, the facilities are lacking. It's not comfortable to rest because the room is not soundproof, it's really noisy. Plus, there are tables provided in the hallway for hanging out, so there's noise like in the market until midnight. The advantage is, it's close to everywhere, that's all.

The staff is friendly, so far it's comfortable to rest.

The employees are nice, all the places are air-conditioned, but this is a kind of hostel.

Our room was more like a cage, we had the space of 2x2x1.5 m. There were five cages in the room with a shared bathroom (missing sink and variable water availability). We had to buy a padlock to leave our bags secure during the day. All other accommodation in town was booked out and it is very cheap so we were grateful for somewhere to sleep. The air-conditioning worked and it is a good location close to the waterfront.

The hotel is excellent value for money for the city. The staff is very kind and helpful. The rooms are Indonesian standards but they are clean and the sheets are also clean. Room 14 is very good! THANKS.
