Service at the reception was excellent, they gave me extra mineral water for free, and helped me print my document. Room was decently clean, location is not bad. Overall good value for money

The room was not very inviting.... Cleanliness is poor especially with stained pillows and bedsheets... The smelly carpet... The toilet was not clean... Maybe the management should consider to invest in repairing their property and they should be more strict and pay more attention with their housekeeping department....and also it is better to put bidet.... Location is good. But the property is not so good.

A disappointing stay overall. Luckily, I spent less than 12 hours there. The hotel was clean, and the lady at check-in was friendly, but the room setup and service fell well short of expectations. The room and bathroom were extremely small, making even basic tasks awkward. The bathroom layout made little sense: the only soap dispenser was inside the shower, and because of how the door opened, getting soap at the sink turned into a full-on door-blocking circus — frustrating, ridiculous, and unintentionally comical. On top of that, the granite panel supporting the sink had very sharp edges, and in such a cramped space, it felt genuinely unsafe, especially for a child. Service didn’t help. Early in the morning, I asked for a small glass of water before leaving and got a blunt, “Not possible unless you buy breakfast.” Fair enough, but unnecessarily rude — would someone treated this way really want to return? Clean place, friendly check-in, but overall not worth it. I’d only recommend it as a last resort for adults transiting the area.

Great location but the carpets are old, stained, and disgusting. The air conditioner/heater was broken. The whole place had a strange smell. I asked the hotel manager to fix the air conditioner. He never did. I would have been fine if the fan would have worked. That would have helped with the weird smell. The pillows were also very thin and cheap. When I brought all of this to the manager in the morning, he responded “It’s not my problem.” And then proceeded to charge me 2.50 EUR per bottle of water for the tiniest bottles you’ve ever seen. This does not deserve to be a 3-star hotel. I expected more for the price. And yes, I was a guest so don’t try to gaslight me into saying I’m not on your guest list. You definitely didn’t care when I brought all of this to your manager.

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel le Trente! The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. We stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. It is a boutique hotel, you do really feel a calm and intimate atmosphere. They allowed us for early check in , which was very helpful as we were with a baby. The staff was always ready to help, whether food recommendations, transport guidance, or any other little thing like providing us with a baby crib. The location is phenomenal, great restaurants, bakeries , and metro stations all within walking distance ! My only comment would be the carpets could use some rennovation indeed, but other than that I would recommend ! Thank you Hotel le trente for having us.
