Location was excellent from Mandalika race track as we were there for an event. We stayed at the beautiful bamboo villa, it is one bedroom with living room and kitchen upstairs. Well equipped, and the amenities are complete. One feedback is that for asians we really need to have toilet spray pls 😊 The staff and service were excellent. We tried breakfast and loving the buffet+ala carte combo. Dinner was good with local selections (my son loved his beef rendang rice) and tasteful. Overall great experience at this hotel and will definitely come back

Dapat kamar paling ujung 😅 Ya bagus sih cuma banyak serangga kecil, mungkin karena sebelahnya seperti semak semak gitu ya. Sarapannya lumayan walau kerupuk di nasgornya ayem. Kolam renang bagus dan ada bagian untuk anak anak. Kamar luas tapi seperti kurang perawatan. AC ga dingin. Untuk harga 700an permalam sepertinya bisa ditingkatkan dari kebersihan kamar, cat, lantai, serta AC bisa diperbaiki.

Penginapan yang sangat bagus, makanannya bebas pilih yang ada di daftar menu, bukan hanya makanan yang di hidang saja, free, kalau ke Lombok, saya akan menginap kesini lagi

The staff are friendly and helpful. But the quality of the rooms is not really good. The rate is 800 thousand, but the bathroom is really dirty, the walls are damp and moldy, the shower is crusty, the toilet is dirty, and worse, there is a cockroach in the sink. Breakfast is not varied, lots of flies when eating at the restaurant. I regret staying here.

Kamar yang luas, service dan pelayanannya juga oke, hanya saja makananya kurang cocok untuk lidah Indonesia, wajar sih karena banyak bule jadi rasanya sedikit plain, jadi lebih baik kita infokan supaya ada ditambah rasanya. Overall semua oke, suka. Pasti kalo dateng lagi ke hotel ini 🥰.

For those who like silence and sunbathing, it is suitable here. But keep in mind. A bit difficult to find food. So you have to order food through the hotel. thankyouu.
