Easy check in. Friendly staff and nice and clean

Very nice house that was perfect for our golf trip. Marina 5mins away by car. Facilities and area very clean

3 bed townhouse. ANTS! Large sized accommodation with 3 double ensuite rooms. 4 sun loungers outside with a table and 6 chairs and a bbq (need to provide fuel etc). Ensuites have soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Loads of towels, also beach towels provided. Large dining table. Lounge area. Kitchen has basics, including dishwasher (tablets x 2 provided and topped up), washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, etc. Bar and cafe on site. Basic food and drink available (not tried, except for the beer once, and clearly the barrel needed changing! ) Shallow (1.3m) pool and toddler pool with a good number of sun loungers and umbrellas available. Not heated, so very cold in April, perfect I'm sure for the summer. ANTS we did struggle daily with ants, the house keeping who came daily, left us Ant spray, but it was a morning and nightly ritual I didn't enjoy. They were everywhere. NOISE the local area is quiet. Although as the accommodation is completely tiled, you can easily hear chairs being scraped across the tiles and what sounded like a child riding a suitcase.... not much noise insulation between the terraced houses. That said, due to the size and space of the accommodation, we'd return. 25 minute brisk walk to the Marina and beach restaurants was lovely. If you have a car, there's 2 parking spots outside the accommodation.

Self catering apartment, noisy neighbours, neighbours who smoked on balcony so we could not use ours.

Property is small and quiet. Beautiful grounds and swimming pool. Breakfast was plentiful and reasonably priced. Our apartment was big and clean, facing the golf course!

Il y avait des fourmis dans la cuisine par terre. C’est un problème qu’ils peuvent corriger. On était supposé avoir vu sur la piscine mais étant donné qu’on était au rez de chaussée, on avait la vue sur la haie.

Incredible property. Room was clean and beautifully appointed. Great view of the golf course.

Staff very friendly

Great stay at Laguna resort, which is a quiet and relaxing retreat on the outskirts of Vilamoura. Taxi to the marina is around €6, excluding tip. You could walk although it’s about 30mins in the heat. Limited dining options on the resort but plenty within a short taxi ride. Villa cleaned 6 days (Sunday off), downside was the hot tub is not operational and top level unusable, also patio area could have been cleaner. Food from the cafe was okay, though priced at a premium compared to other similar cafes even at the Marina. Staff were helpful and friendly. Definitely would return.

Was a really nice hotel & apartment. The room was very spacious, with nice facilities. Nice balcony with good golf course & lake view. Breakfast was nice. Really enjoyed hiring the bike for free. Mostly importantly thecstaff were really nice especially the nice lady in reception who did my check in & the gentleman in the bar was was helpful. The price was affordable & good value. I would definitely come back again.

Booked a "golf view" room which we'd had on a previous stay to be able to watch the sunset and enjoy the late afternoon sun on the balcony. Not only did we not get that or similar room the balcony off the living room of the apartment we did have was not where we could see out from the sofa (just a window view of apartment block opposite and the sky) and the other was off the bedroom and got very little sun because of the apartment overhang above making over half the balcony in shade. Shan't book here in future as no guarantee I would'nt be disappointed again. I did communicate with the hotel whilst there about my experience but they said they had no other rooms available.

Nice location, but remote. Given the time of year it was extremely quiet.

Before we even got through the front gate the bell was out of order and you had to phone to gain access. It took 3 calls before we got through The room was very noisy in the evening and the balcony chairs plastic When we had tea on the main bars patio/balcony the receptionist closed the door and we were left locked out There wasn’t even an egg cup in our superior room Enough said
