Good hotel. Poor wifi

This property is overpriced for the facility conditions. The elevator is a nightmare and the lighting in the bathroom it’s totally insufficient.

One elevator works.

Over all it’s a great area and hotel

Nice hotel. It is an upscale area with great dining options. Distrito Uno shopping center is still under development, so you´d have to go to Fashion Mall for shopping.

We had a great time at Chihuahua. Manuel, at front desk, was supper helpful. People like him makes the difference. We will be back just for him.

Very nice and clean hotel

This place is the best place to stay in Chihuahua. I highly recommend staying there.

The room was sticky all over the place. There was gooey, sticky stuff on the night stand and the desk. There was hair on the beds and in the restroom. The restroom had a bad smell of sewage and mildew. Parking: the hotel has maybe 20 parking spaces. With the nightlife all around, we had to park in public parking garage over 2 blocks away after fighting the horrendous traffic for 15 min looking for a place to park. The street at the front door is closed and one way. So you must drive the wrong way to access the front door. All in all, a bad experience from arrival to the room itself which was not cleaned properly.

Everyone was very nice! The breakfast is very good.

Great place and close to everything. Enjoyed it immensely. Saw the reviews about service, Check in and rooms. Based on them we almost didnt stay. But we chose to come here anyway. AND so glad we did. Great hotel, feint desk was extremely friendly and checked us in, made restaurant recommendations. Then in the morning went to breakfast at the restaurant downstairs and great service and food also. Same here the waitress made recommendations off the menu amd truly enjoyed it. Will definitely return later this week for our return flight back. The only recommendation i would have is please have more firmer pillows(my preference) but othe then that awesome experience.

Only issue, they only offer 500ml of drinking water per room, pretty inconvenient for a hotel of that category.

Not enough parking space

The area is excellent. But the facility was not working properly. One of the rooms the ac was not working and the room was crazy hot. And then the water was not hot for the shower.

No hot water early in the morning. Ask for a taxi next morning at 8:30am to the airport and the taxi never arrived. Had to take an uber.

The hotel is very convenient. The rooms spacious and roomy. I do have to say that the service at the reception was not very good. We wanted to come back and stay there again, called and they hung up on us several times, so we just ended up staying at the Ramada across the street with a better rate and breakfast included!
