Good stay! Will stay again! I think that they should put everyone that has pets on the same floor! It was hard to sleep with dogs barking all night.

Friendly staff, clean rooms.

Vwry nice and quiet and also loved the breakfast nice options.

Cleanest hotel I've found in Louisiana traveling I-20.

The breakfast was a little sad. Ran short of plates and utensils. Food was set out in limited quantities despite the bookings appearing to be fairly full. Seemed like they were a little unprepared.

i was greeted as i walked in the door before i reached the front counter! the room was clean and cool; the hallway and elevators were clean; it was a great experience

Pet friendly. The room was absolutely amazing, except the covers on the bed. They were thin and not very warm or comfortable. I really didn’t have a good sleep because I was cold and the thin covers kept slipping off the bed. Otherwise, I would have rated this a 5.

Last minute decision when the place I usually stay was booked. This will be my new first place to check. 12/10 stars

Eva at the front desk was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. I loved having a full size fridge and actual glasses and dishes not paper and plastic ware! The breakfast was delicious however they were not very prompt at keeping the serving dishes full. My only real complaint would be that the cleaning lady came banging on our door at 9:15 to see if we had left so she could clean the room. I understand that she has a lot of rooms to clean but considering check out isn’t until 11:00 and she was almost 2 hours early and so loud I didn’t appreciate that.

Room and service was nice. Water was brown and the unit was set on heat, but the bedroom was cold . I was quite confused

Always my go to place to stay while visiting in WM! The vibe is great, location, breakfast and room are all just great!

The only issue was the free breakfast. They advertise all over the property about their breakfast sandwiches. Yet, the toaster was broken, the sandwiches were cold. We did take them up to our room and microwave them, but the whole dining area was awkward. Plates are hidden down low, the yogurt machine was also broken. The stay was super nice, and I know the breakfast was free, so thats why I still gave all 5 stars. But would have been amazing if the advertised breakfast sandwiches were hot.

Property was very nice and well maintained. Staff was very friendly.

The hotel was clean and staff was exceptional. I was a bit disappointed in the bedding. Our sheets were rough and the coverlet was thin. The walls are also very thin. I could hear my neighbor snoring! Also, cleaning staff in the mornings with walker talkies was disturbing our sleep in.
