The room was clean and the staff friendly. The hallways were not clean. We were just there for one night passing through. Our complaint is the breakfast. It begins at 6:30. We arrived at 7:30 and it was very picked over. The hot food was replaced but the breads and fruits were not. There was one remaining muffin and few bagels. When I asked for a banana they said they were out. I heard someone else ask for a muffin and they responded they were out. This is an hour into the 4 hour breakfast. The hotel did not seem very full.

My son & I were comfortable for our stay. I’m not sure if it was intentional but it seemed as though the guests with smaller children like myself were placed in rooms next to each other which I thought was a smart way to position guests. Check-in was quick as well.

The rooms were excellent. Staff was amazing. It was clean, safe and in a great part of town.

Good stay! Will stay again! I think that they should put everyone that has pets on the same floor! It was hard to sleep with dogs barking all night.

Cleanest hotel I've found in Louisiana traveling I-20.

The breakfast was a little sad. Ran short of plates and utensils. Food was set out in limited quantities despite the bookings appearing to be fairly full. Seemed like they were a little unprepared.

Pet friendly. The room was absolutely amazing, except the covers on the bed. They were thin and not very warm or comfortable. I really didn’t have a good sleep because I was cold and the thin covers kept slipping off the bed. Otherwise, I would have rated this a 5.

Last minute decision when the place I usually stay was booked. This will be my new first place to check. 12/10 stars

Eva at the front desk was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. I loved having a full size fridge and actual glasses and dishes not paper and plastic ware! The breakfast was delicious however they were not very prompt at keeping the serving dishes full. My only real complaint would be that the cleaning lady came banging on our door at 9:15 to see if we had left so she could clean the room. I understand that she has a lot of rooms to clean but considering check out isn’t until 11:00 and she was almost 2 hours early and so loud I didn’t appreciate that.
