Enjoy our stay. Lovely staff

The property is located near the lake with a great walk to enjoy. The room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was acceptable however we found the coffee weak and tasteless. We would have appreciated an espresso coffee which standard in 4 stars hotel.

Amazing break. We went for a milestone birthday and they really helped with celebrations. The place and dtaff are amazing. Will go again

Lovely lake views!

The service needs improvement. We may be unlucky been served by a by a new employee ( I hope it was just a new employee or an untrained one). I ordered a drink a the bar and I actually explained to the lady how to do it - it was just an Apperoll spritz- nothing fancy). On the dinner , after we ordered, after 15 minutes, she came back asking us if we want to order something. The next morning, she forgot to bring me the breakfast ( after 30 minutes of waiting I informed another colleague and found out that it was “missed”). However have paid separate for the “drink and food service”.

Lovely hotel with beautiful view's and gardens. Staff couldn't do enough to make our stay wonderful. The food was excellent. I do like a good pillow and if I could criticise anything it would be that one thing. Wouldn't stop me staying again.

Beautiful location, comfortable and quiet

First time at Cragwood and it won't the last. The staff are all very friendly and the hotel is very clean, my room was spotless. One of the biggest selling points is there is a large car park, something hard to find at other hotels in The Lakes unless you pay double the room rate.

The hotel and grounds are wonderful. Very pleasant and profesional staff. The stay was very relaxing. The hotel is now on my return to list, for sure.

Great hotel in prime location by the lake ,not far to ferry terminal and bus stop . Great friendly staff who are always happy to help .

Perfect hotel base to explore the lake district.

The Staff Where all friendly and helpful , Food was amazing.the Bedroom very comfortable .the Bathroom needed a bigger Shelf every thing else was pefect

Arrived late but they were very accommodating. The rooms were perfect. Breakfast was very nice and everyone was super friendly

Beautiful property. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast and dinner options. Lovely big common areas and bar.

Lovely dog friendly stay,we had a bottom floor room with patio doors that led out so you could walk your dog straight from the room. The room was modern and warm and the hotel itself was great to relax in with plenty of places to sit and read or just chill. We had food from the bar menu which was nice and you can sit in one of the living rooms to eat. Overall a great stay
