Receptionist is good. Check in and out was fast and easy. She helped us with taxi booking, tour, etc. Complimentary snack and drink were great too. Location is so-so, a bit far from city centre but close to some restaurants, cafes and small shops but bus stop is nearby. However, housekeeping didn't do the cleaning properly during our stay.
