The hotel was indeed Grand!!!! From the room to the restaurants and all the rest of the place, it was a fabulous place to stay!! Our personal concierge was wonderful !!!!!

Nice room, very attentive staff. Few guests relative to staff. Concierge was very attentive. The spa was excellent, one of my favorites. Food was so so, could be better (the buffet is not so great, had flies on fruit, same items each day, minimal variety relative to Xcaret or the Moon Palace resort).

The staff were amazing and went out of their way to make our family have an incredible vacation.

The staff was very nice but room was tired, food was ok. I am disappointed to have wasted one night of my Cabo vacation staying at grand velas- not at all a 5 star stay. Loud kids everywhere too.

Grand Velas was incredible! The staff are helpful and do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable. The food is delicious, everything is clean and beautiful. This is the best resort we have ever stayed in in Cabo.
