The room was perfect, the staff was very nice and the breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect, everything is close by.

Great location. three minutes from archaeological museum and port. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant service is both in the hotel and across the street in the park.

Room was good for our family and the beds are comfortable. However the area around the hotel is noisy, both traffic and people. The room we had was particularly noisy as it was only a floor above street level. I would not stay here again if I was given a lower floor room. Breakfast is pretty average, again something I’d skip on a return visit.

The staff were amazing and super helpful. Fotini at the front desk took great care of us and helped us tremendously by helping us arrange transfers to and from the hotel as well as all the touristy things we wanted to do. We arrived several hours before the check in time, but they got our room ready within an hour of our arrival. Highly recommend this hotel and the team operating it!

Nice, clean hotel on the edge of old town Heraklion. Easy access to the ferry terminal, airport and sightseeing, not to mention restaurants and cafes. Modern design with good sized rooms.

This was our first time in Crete, and the Olive Green Hotel was the perfect place to stay. It's very centrally located, near the ferry docks, the airport, and numerous historical sites and museums. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The daily breakfast was extensive, well made, and the wonderful. The front desk staff gets an extra praise for handling every question and request we had promptly and in avery friendly manner. An added bonus is having a small park across the street with outdoor tables from the nearby restaurants. We highly recommend it!

Olive Green was a comfortable, modern hotel on a pretty plaza, convenient to the sites in downtown Heraklion. The room was on the small side and the spaces in the bathroom were a bit awkward. The breakfast was excellent. We were comfortable.

Checkin was good. The hotel was noisy early hours of the morning when we were there as there was a lot of teens. The breakfast could have had more options and a warm. The staff were very nice in the dining room. Hotel was conveniently located.

Nicos at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable about the city. He had some very good dining recommendations.

Location was fantastic and, so close to everything. Staff were very friendly and helpful and room was really comfortable. Only downside was the room we were in, you could hear all the traffic noise outside. We hope to visit again soon.

Really cute hotel with accommodating, friendly staff. Room was spotless and cute! Breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise with tons of tasty options. The best part, for us, was the location- it was unbeatable! We would definitely stay here again!
