Very good

The hotel is in a prime location just a 6 minute walk to the Copacabana beach. The twin room was not very spacious but sufficient for two. The cleanliness and services were okay. Our bathroom gathered a few ants and our bedsheets were not changed until we requested changes towards the end of our stay. Breakfast was average as well. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay with Nobile given the reasonable price point and convenience.

The bathroom is too small. You can not move around the bathroom and the air conditioner is too the dusty that when you turn it on it blows all the dust on the floor.

The room on arrival was at the front of the hotel situated just off the main road, sadly it was noisy. We were moved to a room for disabled people, but the room was a standard lower than purchased. it was supposed to have a coffee machine etc, but the hotel wouldn't supply one. I would not choose this hotel as a member of staff was confrontational.

Very good experience. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. After check-out, they kindly stored our luggage, which allowed us to enjoy our last day in Rio without any hassle. Highly recommended

A nice hotel within walking distance of Copacabana Beach. Clean, quiet rooms, friendly staff. Safe location for single travelers.

The hotel room was disgusting. It was extremely humid in the hotel between the lobby, the restaurant, the hallway, and in the actual room. There was also trash sitting on the window sill in one of the hallways. I saw it because I initially went to the 3rd floor but my room was actually on the 13th floor. The room was small which was fine for me because I was solo. I noticed some stains on the ceiling. I'm unsure as to what they were. I wanted to take a shower and noticed there were no face towels. I called the front desk and asked for some. After I called, I checked the bed for any dirty sheets and found both dirty sheets and dirty pillowcases. I called the front desk back for the sheets to be changed. The front desk told me to ask housekeeping when they arrived. When housekeeping arrived, I tried to explain the situation as best I could. She misunderstood the initial request and brought toilet tissue. I went to grab the towel from the towel rack to show her, then the towel rack broke off. That was the last straw for me. I packed my suitcase back up and checked out. They offered a room change but I didn't think it was worth a try. I asked hotels.com for a refund. They had to ask Nobile. Nobile said no, which is absolutely ridiculous as I didn't receive what was expected. I'm currently disputing the charge with my bank. Book at your own risk. I later stayed at the Mirador Hote and at Olinda Rio. Would definitely recommend both hotels.

Buen hotel en Copacabana, excelente zona muy cerca de la av. Atlantico, con supermercados, casas de cambio, agencias de turismo, restaurantes y mucho más. Destaco la amabilidad del recepcionista del mediodía, Andrés, muy servicial y profesional en todo momento. El desayuno del hotel es maravilloso, vale la pena 100%. Lo único que deberían mejorar es la ropa de cama, deja mucho que desear, las sábanas en mal estado, viejas y se salen del colchón.

AC stopped working both days. I needed a fork, was told I had to pay for it. Shower was more like a faucet. Breakfast was ok. The maintenance guys were quick and the housekeeper was nice.. But anytime you call the front desk, they seem very bothered. Would not stay there again.

Hard avoid. Aggressive, rude, condescending and vicious staff member who is apparently called Rafael. He brings this hotel which would be ok, into being a totally terrible experience. A horrible man who I saw also being abusive to other members of staff.

Localizacao perfeita, mas Hotel não está bem mantido, café da manhã muito fraco e salão com falta de higiene. Funcionarios do salão não atenciosos, buffet mau servido e nem sempre reposto, exposição de comida nada apresentável. O pior de tudo foi Qd precisei de uma colher para tomar uma medicação no quarto e a funcionária do salão negou completamente emprestar. Tive que sair e ir no Bob’s ao lado pedir uma colher plástica. Isto é o cúmulo. No quarto encontrei um pé de meia sujo dentro do armário. Infelizmente não foi uma boa hospedagem.

Bad WiFi, bad customer service, no amenities

Poor service, small rooms, definitely not deserves for 4 stars as a hotel. The "luxury" room is a shame to be called so. Better to choose another hotels nearby.

Check in was so slow, seems very disorganized. And didn’t feel any welcome attitude. No smile no hospitality. I was supposed to book luxury room, but In the room, very minimum amenities no coffee maker or electric kettle as described but full of snacks and beverages with charge. First day there are brand new towels not even washed. Second day they changed but very bad conditions one like grayish old rags. I even not use that conditions one in my home, can’t believe they use for guest. Pillowcases also has some stains. Should not use for the guset! Especially in front people the service is the motel level. I feel this was over charged. I don’t know this is the average of Rio de Janeiro? Sadly I won’t recommend.

Great location and price. Friendly staff. Very small room and tiny bathroom. Street noise comes with the convenience.

The work culture of this business is in trouble. The staff is irritable probably because they are desperately under-staffed and under-trained. You walk in and the place is chaos. There are too many guest rooms for the breakfast room, lobby, and reception. The breakfast room can be withiut forks or bowls for over a half hour. The front desk people are not welcoming and helpful but defensive, probably because they get many complaints. The rooms are small and poorly maintained. The safe in our room had no batteries and the handle to the bathroom would pull off. We noted this on check-in.

Great location, close to Copacabana beach, lots of restaurant and supermarkets around the area. Thank you Ivan for your excellent service. Buffet breakfast was good.

Bed was old. Paid for a superior room but saw no difference between superior a d lower cost luxury room.
