โรงแรมไม่ตรงปกเก่ามากฉันต้องการ

แย่มาก ผู้จัดการโรงแรมปฏิเสธการแก้ปัญหาให้ลูกค้า ให้คุยกับพนักงานระดับล่าง ไม่ติดต่อกลับ ต้องให้โทรเช็คที่โรงแรมเอง เสียความรู้สึก โรงแรมใหญ่ นึกว่าการบริการจะมืออาชีพกว่านี้ จะไม่เข้าพักอีก
