We very much enjoyed our stay. The room was very comfortable and convenient. The beach and pool were excellent. Could have used more places to hang towels and places around the sink for toiletries. Food on site was very good and the staff very friendly.

Fantastic!

This is a lovely property, very clean, great staff and amazing food at both Topos restaurant and the Raw bar. Our room was a 30 second walk to the beach. My only complaint, our stay was not long enough.

Location is fantastic on the water and access to beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of options for food and all very tasty. Also, not far from local attractions and the harbor.

This was the most incredible hotel stay I’ve ever had! We were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink and a cool towel, accompanied by a tour of the amenities. The spa and beachside food and drinks were great. The checkout process was a breeze, and the valet service was prompt throughout our stay. The signature scent throughout the property added to the overall ambiance. Our suite was elegantly appointed with two levels, each featuring a balcony. There’s a relaxing whirlpool tub where we could enjoy the sea view from the upper level. The resort’s compact size made it easy to navigate between different areas. The beach was minutes from our door with plenty of beachside loungers to relax on. The pools were cool but refreshing in mid-May. We also enjoyed massages and the steam room/sauna. In addition to the onsite restaurant, there are also nearby hotels and restaurants that you can easily walk to. I can’t wait to explore other Domes Resorts in the future!

The facility was great, and the entire setup of the hotel and the units is well designed and thought. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. The location is one of the best in Crete with 10 minutes' drive to Chania (if you use a taxi about EUR 12- EUR 15 , the sandy beach. The staff (Kostas and team) and the manager Vangelis were great! very friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate any requests. To see how far they went above and beyond, we had special request to drop a luggage there for a few months and Vangelis volunteered to keep it even the entire winter! Overall great experience, great people and you will not be disappointed. Thank you Domes Noruz Team! :)

Property is beautiful but is about 15 minutes from Old Town and the surrounding neighborhood isn't appealing for an enjoyable stroll to shops/restaurants. I also found the room we had (2 level seafront suite) to be tight and uncomfortable. The bed on the 2nd floor loft was very small having no actual 'bedroom', and the bed was not comfortable at all. However, the hotel staff was very pleasant and overly accommodating. We were there first week in June and the weather was in the 70s (F) so not 'beach' weather. I wish we stayed in old town but perhaps would have a different opinion if the weather was hotter.

Everything was great! The design of the room, amenities, and service was all amazing. The breakfast buffet has many options and was delicious. The location was also very close to old town.

This was our third stay at this hotel. We come each year because it is the best hotel in the Chania area. Great service, facilities, food, location and, for us, adults only. We will return once again next year.

We stayed in this hotel for 7 nights , it is very beautiful hotel away from the old town but equally not too far with 10 minutes drive from the old town which cost €12 by taxi. The hotel has got two heated swimming pool, right in the front of the beach , breakfast was excellent with wide variety of options, we did half board with dinner which I preferred open buffet as I am fussy eater , and there wasn’t alot of vegetarian options on the ordered menu, the staff everyone were very pleasant and helpful, the suit been serviced twice daily , I was very happy of my choice of the location of the hotel not in the heart of the old town as was my original plan.but slightly away from it .

From the moment you get to the hotel you feel like a vip. The whole experience was 5 star for a 4 star price. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property right on the beach. Close to restaurants and bakeries. Plunge pool with outdoor tub was a bonus. They have indoor and outdoor gym. Water was complimentary. As we were celebrating our 25th Anniversary, the hotel was very nice to offer us a cake and bottle of wine. Highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for relaxation.

Amazing hotel with incredible staff. Beautifully designed property on a fabulous beach. Rooms, food and customer service is 5 star. A short 10 minute taxi ride to bustling Chania, which is full of great restaurants and bar. Highly recommend a visit

Great staff, food, location, cleanliness and 2 swimming pools (one quiet, one lively). Loved the beachfront location and would recommend to anyone looking to switch off.
