I really liked it.

Neat, clean, friendly staff and very close to the airport.

Helpful staff. Given a free shaving kit to use before checking in. Kudos Begum and Ekrem.

Clean hotel and value for money but restuarent staff didnt understand English nor dwerw the menus in English which made us struggle to pick food for our 6 ye old kid and us

No it wasn’t amazing , I arrived on 4 pm and receptionist was very sharp without any smile on his face and he insisted to pay the money although I send it during the reservation, next morning the young lady also was not polite talking to her colleague in Turkish thinking that I don’t understand the language, and wished me a good day with fire in her eyes . Any way it was bad choice

This hotel is extremely comfortable, and pleasant. Very modern, with a gym and dining options within the hotel, as well as in the surrounding area. I would certainly stay at this hotel again. You will not regret it

I liked literally everything in that hotel: the interior, the Big chefs restaurant, the room, the extremely helpful and friendly stuff. Especially the reception team and the Tolga. My stay in that property was delightful! Thanks a lot!

The staff is nice and accommodating. We checked in late in the day and feel welcomed.

It was nice and pleasant. There were small details here and there but noone can be perfect. We felt really comfortable and home during our 10 days stay. From miss selma and hazal to bellboys almost everyone was warm and kind

The hotel staff was amazing and very attentive. Our breakfast host Sedi made sure we were well taken care of, even with the language barriers. The Big Chefs restaurant had excellent service and a wide range of international food. The spa services were nice as well. I used the steam room while my friend took in a wonderful Balinese massage.
