Very clean. Excellent staff

Worst check in experience i have ever had and have been traveling for 45 years.

The first room we had was 'scan' clean, meaning it looked ok. But as soon as you walked in and turned lights on, you could see water rings on nightstand and there were actual chunks on the floor between the beds, like wood. The floor had not been vacuumed and the table not wiped with any type of force. We asked to switch rooms - which I've only done one other time in my life. The staff easily completed this task, but with almost no words.. It was as if this was commonplace and not shocking. Maybe my expectations were too high to expect a 'we are so sorry and we'll make sure to have housekeeping check on it in the morning. We're going to move you rooms, sorry for the inconvenience' kind of reply. There was gum stuck on the wall in the dining area, at seated eye level. Other than that, beds were comfortable, breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. Day staff smiled on our way out.

Very nice hotel and staff

Great hotel, however, when they have large groups of sport teams in, they seem to be all over the hotel. Very noisy on Friday night and Saturday with the kids running up and down the halls. Just a thought that when they have large team sports there if they could put them on the lower floors and put the adult guests on the third and fourth floor would help greatly.

Free breakfast included eggs, sausages, potatoes, fruit, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, muffins, breads, juices and lots of coffee. The rooms are nice and spacious and very clean. The only staff people I saw were 1 desk person and 2 at breakfast. Great parking, well lighted.

Breakfast was great, bacon and eggs one day and sausage and cheese omelets the next. Lots of safe accessible parking. Tim Horton's about a minute away.

Not impressed with the all paper/plastic plates, bowls and utensils, particularly the utensils which were too light/small. The breakfast itself was OK but totally mass produced - no feeling of personal service that we have experienced in many other hotels, particularly those that have a chef on hand for eggs, bacon, etc.

Easy check in, clean room, free breakfast was good, staff in the breakfast area were great. Pool was enjoyed. Parking and internet were good. Close to movie theatre.

Great Hotel

The pool had a bit too much chlorine in it but was.warm and enjoyable. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was lovely,especially the scrambled.eggs. had red velvet waffles that you canakr.fresh and they were delicious. Would definitely stay here again, nice and quiet too.

Everything was excellent. Staff were attentive and friendly. Hotel was a convenient location and lots to do within close proximity.
