Here are the main issues we encountered:
No prior information about the change of location: We were seated on the terrace without being informed in advance.
Poor service: The staff were unable to properly recommend wine, showed little attention, and lacked professionalism throughout the evening.
Inappropriate sound system and music: The sound quality was poor, and the music selection was not suitable for a dining experience.
Menu not as expected: The menu offered did not correspond to what was presented when the reservation was made.
Unacceptable champagne service: The champagne was flat, and the glass was so overfilled that it spilled.
When a restaurant claims to offer a “cool” or premium experience, it must also show basic respect for its guests and provide a level of service that justifies that image. Unfortunately, our experience fell far below any reasonable expectation.
For these reasons, I would not recommend your establishment to anyone who values quality, service, and professionalism.
