It is the best hotel with a SPA in Druskininkai. Excellent massage procedures, relaxing atmosphere and top-notch customer service experience. I got a lovely surprise from the hotel restaurant for my birthday - a fruit basket and a bottle of champagne. We will come back for sure!

The staff was extremely kind and friendly, 5star service. The rooms and spa zone are super clean and well preserved.

Excellent Spa hotel with amenities

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful and exceptional. The spa facilities in the hotel are very beautiful and very nicely designed. I highly recommend this hotel. Because of the hotel staff All the staff is exceptional, they go out of their way to help, and everything is done with kindness and with a smile. The room was really big, about 32 meters, a very comfortable bed, with a spacious and good bathroom,... the heating in the bathroom floor was a pleasure. A wonderful and tasty breakfast, very varied, highly recommend. The location of the hotel is great, for those who come by public transportation, it is near the hotel, nearby shopping centers, restaurants, and the city center is about minutes' walk, a great park adjacent to the hotel, and a lake 5 minutes' walk away. We really highly recommend staying at this hotel. We had a big and fantastic pleasure. Lilia and Albert

Great hotel. Rooms a bit small..

We stayed at 8th floor. the water pressure was very poor during mornings and evenings. At the front desk, I was told nothing can be done during those hours. Disappointing.
