All went well

Room was musty and odor was overwhelming. Room was clean, but looked aged. Breakfast was fine and standard.

Hallways smelled like mildew. I literally had to hold my breath it was so bad.

Rooms were nasty has mold in lights ac and blown dryer whole place stunk

Rooms need maintenance, this is my second stay and most of the handles need repair, this time was the shower door handle

I had a peaceful stay here. I stayed 2 nights for an event this weekend & I had no complaints.

Property is ok but room was very bad, cleaning was an issue, items were broken and no attention from staff to fix

We had high hopes based on other reviews, but our stay was definitely unpleasant. When we arrived in our room, the smell of mold and mildew was overwhelming. Our bathroom shower door was covered in soap scum and there was a door handle missing inside that left just a large rusted screw exposed. There was a huge hole in the wall covered by a piece of paper. Nothing felt clean or relaxing. Definitely won’t be staying again.

I tried to order the protection plan for the hotel and hotels.com could not figure out how to add it on. I needed to cancel my trip and now I have to file a whole claim with their insurance.

NO coffee at breakfast! I can overlook dirty bathrooms, remotes not working, noisy A/C, but Seriously forget the food, we needed COFFEE! No the coffee maker in the room did not have a tray and was nasty. but No coffee. I get you don't want to fix stuff, but NO COFFEE at breakfast is inexcusable! And a pathetic way to run a hotel. I ran hotels for 7 years, and if that happened, at the very least, I would have gone to walmart and got a Mr coffee and keep making pots! Along with the nasty room condition I could have overlooked for the cheap price, but no coffee was the worst experience of my life in a hotel! You should be ashamed to say you are the owners! Do you ever even walk your rooms???

Nice and clean. Close to entertainment areas.

First room the AC didn’t work, swapping rooms was easy enough. The first room was clean but had mystery stains on the chairs. The second room the AC was heat but the shower was pretty dirty, lots of soap scum and mold.

Our rooms were dirty and in disrepair. Have stayed in a lot of hotels in the choice chain. This was definitely one of the worst.
