The public areas and our room were in excellent condition, and the room was quiet with good climate control. Didn't really get to enjoy breakfast as the room was so busy it was difficult to find space to sit

The hotel was fine, but the fan it the room would not shut off. It was -30 outside and you couldn't turn the fan off without turning off the heat. It was awful.

The Hester in the room was not functioning properly, would only blow cold air unless set at 26 degrees . Heater would intermittently blow AC and hot air , very noisy . Room was showing signs of disrepair , bottom of shower was peeling , holes in curtains .

Spectacular all around!

Clean room, comfortable bed, nice TV with interesting channels. The smell in the room was pleasant and lingered throughout my stay. I loved the fact that I was allowed to check in a few hours before the check-in time.

Professional, experts in hotel customer service, ease of checking and checkout, the breakfast was delicious (fresh scrambled eggs, bacon, orange juice, coffee, fresh fruit, fresh bagels and cream cheese), the rooms were clean, I could turn up the heat to stay warm, it was quiet on both sides of the hotel so it doesn’t matter where you stay. Thank you to all the staff!

A basic breakfast, however did have hot oatmeal. Parking is safe and easily accessible.

Clean and beautifully decorated rooms

Front end staff were all amazing and friendly . Hotel was clean, room was clean, breakfast was good and good variety. Kids enjoyed Pool and water slide. As an adult would liked water a little warmer or a hot tub but that’s just me being picky lol! Otherwise great experience, will definitely stay here again.

I missed having hash browns for breakfast but otherwise good. We felt safe in the area.The room was clean. Recommend this hotel.
