Basic but comfortable, good WiFi and they have US Cable channels which I use a lot. Everything you want/expect from a Holiday Inn Express.

The staff is not particularly friendly; in fact, there’s no eye contact and not a single memorable act of hospitality. The air conditioning didn’t work. The room was clean enough, but extremely noisy: there is no soundproofing whatsoever, neither in the tiny window —literally a small opening that barely let any light in— nor in the door, through which you could hear the elevator, even though it wasn’t that close. The breakfast is functional, exactly what one would call “hotel food.” In short: the hotel gives you a place to sleep, to shower, and to take care of basic needs. But that’s it. It’s functional. Nothing more.

Convenient to MEX w handy shuttle bus. The attached restaurant was open late and had great food.

The room was good, bed was very comfortable. Staff at the restaurant were excellent. and it was a short ride to the airport, hotel shuttle was included but we had the buffet breakfast which was great and then took uber to the airport.
