Great pleasant staff. Clean room. Excellent stay.

Stains on floor. Noisy neighbors

It was clean and quite.

Stayed one night for a business trip. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included. Nothing fancy but good. My only minor complaint was that I could hear doors slamming in the hallway. Otherwise, a very good deal for the price.

Check in was easy. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was very good.

Excellent stay, wish I could have been there for longer! Minus one star for loud pre-check-out knock followed immediately by the door opening and "Housekeeping!" (I didn't even have a chance to answer.) Thankfully the extra bar was up, so she couldn't enter. If check out is at 11, I'll be there until 10:59. Please don't knock, or come in at 10:40.

Breakfast was good.

Dog barking incessantly after being put in a room by the elevator. Come on, man! Use your brain. Dogs go to the end of the hall!

Clean and quiet

The size of the king suite was great, but the whirlpool had some sort of black particles that ended up coming out of the jets and into the water.

These rooms are in dire need of a complete overhaul. The carpets are disgusting. Needs updating badly. The smell seemed like it used to be a smoking room.

In the hotel bathtub there was a spider, my daughter get scared and Expedia didn't tell me that they would charge me $50 for something that I don’t understand and they told me that they would return it 3 to 4 days after checking out. That was the night of August 31st and as of today, September 21st, they haven't deposited my money back. I've had to call a couple of times and now they tell me that I have to go to the bank to ask. I don't understand why I have to be responsible for getting my money back and the hotel doesn't care?
