My first time staying here was very memorable, all the staff were very friendly, the hotel smelled nice and clean, I got a view of the swimming pool on the 20th floor, it was really worth staying here, the kids felt at home because of the complete facilities with a playground, I'll be back soon, thank you Four Points 🙏

I love it. Friendly staff as always. If you get bored, just go down and stroll around Tunjungan Plaza Mall or Tunjungan Street.

Everything was good, almost great, just about the lamp above the bed, preety annoying for sleep. The room only have 3 switch, master, reading and night lamp. When I switch off master and reading, totally dark, and I'm not comfortable even just night lamp. So maybe, the switch between master and in front of bathroom can be seperated. So, I can sleep with one lamp switch on. Thank you.
