La limpieza después de estar 4 días limpiaron la abitacion 1 vez . Olvide 2 anillos pero al llamar por tlf . , comentan no aver sido encontrados !!

The room was fun unlike any other hotel I stayed in. The breakfast was great with a lot of variety and extremely helpful staff. The views in the terrace were as beautiful as Bergen is. There is no kettle in the rooms however there is one in 4th floor and also 2 microwaves which was very helpful. Towels were of excellent quality however they clean rooms only on request. Honestly that didn’t bother us. The main drawback of the room was the window covers and the lights. Although the decor is fun but not very functional. The space of the room was large with a huge table and and kitchen cabinets and 2 closets but there was no shelves and 2 hangers. We ended putting every thing on the bottom of the closets. We went in May which in Bergen has long hours of day light, the sun would wake us really early as the beds were facing the windows and the funny set up has no room between the bed foot and the wall. I think few changes can help improve the use of space and furniture. That said the people are helpful and the location is 3 min from the bus and the tram. A lot of restaurants around. Also breakfast and the staff there were amazing.

Loved the hotel and location. The hotel restaurant's food was very good. The breakfast buffet was very good as well. Staff were exceptional. The room was very nice and the view was absolutely stunning. There was a supermarket right in the same parking lot which was very very convenient. I wish there was a shuttle bus because the walk up the steep hill with suitcases were a workout. Other than that, I would definitely stay there again.

Clean, quiet, comfortable room. Good breakfast. Downside: The room was lacking in plug sockets, we only had a double socket by the window but because we are from UK and need to use adaptor plug it then meant we couldn't use the 2 Nd socket as blocked by adapter. Would be helpful to have plug sockets or charging point for phone by bedside

Hotel is located 20 - 30 minutes walk from the city centre. At the time of booking it was the best value. Less than 5 minutes from a tram station on the airport line Decor and design a bit unusual but not an issue. Room was spacious but could do with more cupboards and shelves in the bathroom. Bed was comfy and shower was fine, room was quite. No kettle but was given one free during my stay. Microwave in reception area for guests use. Rooftop sitting area and restaurant on 5th floor with nice views. Great buffet breakfast. Despite the restaurant having over 80 seats, on our 1st morning it did become a bit crowded however the 2nd day it was quite. Would stay again

First time at a magic hotel. The lights and carpeting in the lobby are cool and interesting, but so much blue LED light is a little unnerving, I dunno. I liked it just maybe not the best fit me at my age. Staff was really nice, but the espresso machine at breakfast was broken, the one in the lobby was not, yet when I asked for a coffee at check out i was encouraged to have a brewed coffee, not a huge problem, but could have been better.

No A/C, cant sleep. Miserable rooms. Dirty terrace.
