Good rooms and really good property

Can’t get new towel if you stay more than 1 night you have to pay 2-3 dollars to swap for a new towel bad communication with customers

I mean what you would expect at a park that offers this how ever the play ground is super dangerous and needs to be replaced asap.

Amazing area with lots of hot springs and Māori culture. Convenient for the city centre and the room we had cooking facilities but there is a shared toilet. Toilet facilities were fine and the campsite felt safe. Would stay here again.

Great location to stay in Rotorua. Far from the smell of the thermal vents and the room and its amenities were perfect.

It was very clean and nice. We would definitely stay here again. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay

Okay place to stay

We really enjoyed private, quiet, garden setting. Spas and pool were lovely and clean. Beds were comfy On the downside, shower pressure was low and water not hot enough. Our milk and drinks froze. Someone else parked in our spot on last night. There was no cleaning and on new towels given over three day stay.

The room was basic but clean. Great cooking facilities in room and also a thermal hangi. The pool is ok and the thermal spas too.

Comfortable cabin good value for money. Very poor internet and only 300mb free. Unusual as every where has free unlimited internet.

Was a lovely quiet spot to stay, beds were a bit too hard Fan great for the hot humid days & nights Pool good for a dip on a hot day to cool off Friendly staff.

Great location just behind the lake. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. Front desk was very helpful. You are in Rotoura so please take advantage of the outdoor steam oven! You can get a Dutch oven from the front desk to cook with. Definitely will be staying here on our next trip.

Hot water beach and hot pools are the best part.property was neat and tidy. It would be great if some milk or cream provided for coffee and tea. But everything else was great👍
