The opposite car park is a public place, so it's not convenient to spend the night

I have to wait for 1 more hour to get the room and they even do not help us bring luggage to up stair (the "hotel" do not have lift). And you know what, when I went in the room, i saw the paper which show their discipline and it be wrote that customer have to pay more if they check in before 2pm. really?, so how about check in so late because their service like us. Another day, the cleaned staff have key and open they door without knock. We're really sock when she open the door dramatically like that. The attitude of the staff do not as what I expect. I regret of wasting my money for this place a lot. The worst hotel i have experienced in my life.
