Great location on the Main road, close to everything.

The hotel itself it nice but sound carries from other rooms

Small room and bathroom, grateful that nearby station wasn’t busy because every train was clearly audible from the room. Staff was nice. Breakfast was typical for Japan but not for Western tastes.

My stay at Green Rich was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I love this property because staff are decent, helpful and very friendly despite me not understanding Japanese.

Close to the Iwakuni train station and parking options are also close by. The front desk staff was either friendly or cold. Sometimes we’d have to tell them hello as they hide their faces behind the monitor. Weird! Do not get the room with the step up and bed mattress on the floor as it’s a hazard at night when you get up to use the restroom, you have to step down to the floor level then step into the restroom. Super dangerous in the dark. Other than that, amenities were basic but what do you expect for a room less than $60/night. Pretty decent as far as convenience.

Clean. Rooms aren't too small like some business hotels. They will check you in when rooms are available, unlike Toyoku hotel across the street that won't check you in until 1600, Breakfast is fine

My stay was absolutely amazing everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the lobby is very tasty.

Parking was a challenge because it was not connected to the hotel.

Hotel & location was excellent and typical size rooms of Japanese style hotels. The only negative is they use a room keys vice a key card.

Friendly staff and decent breakfast. Rooms are as expected for a business hotel in Japan. Convenient location within a short walk to the train station and a short drive to the airport.

The room was cozy. The breakfast was very good I thought. I enjoyed every one during my stay. Would definitely stay again. Train station right around the corner to easily get to some grest sightseeing in.

Cigarette smell. TV not facing the bed.

It’s a great business class hotel. It’s convenient to the city center, airport and military base.

Great location

I liked that it was quiet and safe. I could not get the air conditioner to stay on all night, this made it very hot and muggy.
