People screaming at 2am. Otherwise a great stay

Check in staff member was very friendly. Room was clean, and bed was extremely comfortable. Unfortunately I would not stay here again, due to the noise, They had Music till 2am which did not bother us at all, but the noise coming from what I assume was the smokers area was terrible, we were on the 3rd floor and we could hear all conversations word for word and felt like they were right outside our window.

Honestly everything was wonderful! You get some free drink tokens and the bistro is amazing. Check in was slow but they were understaffed, the worker who checked me in was so incredibly lovely.

Very convenient having access to a great Bistro. Bed was very comfortable and the towels nice and soft. I will stay on my next visit to Emerald.

Beds were comfortable and it was spacious for a family. I would not stay here again as it was very noisy can hear people next door and above you. It is right near a nightclub which goes till 2am. So if you are staying to get some sleep forget it. There were cockroaches in our room as well. Had dinner at the adjoining pub but staff were not very friendly. I do not recommend staying here.

Accom was good bed very comfortable but on last night the band music noise went on till 1.30. This is not good and next years Agrow field days I’m going to stay somewhere else

Bathroom was in average condition. The pub was excellent

Very Clean Property. Meals were excellent! I would have been very happy with this property, except for the very soft mattress, my preference is a firm mattress. Continental Breakfast was not in room and not provided on check-in. (Just a note for reception as it would have been appreciated if it had been provided on check-in,)

Room was decidedly average compared to photos. A lot of noise from other guests. Staff did ask them to turn it down and it did improve but still not great. Food in the restaurant was good and staff pleasant and helpful.

Bathrooms could do with a refurbish but overall would stay here again

Patrons of the pub talked loudly and laughed until 2am. Bottles began jangling at 5am, guests shouted on the balcony until late. I worried that our vehicle was parked near the early morning drinkers! Not much sleep to be had. The staff were lovely.

Efficient and great food

The car park was a nightmare because it was very hard to reverse out of your parking spot.
