Very comfortable room! Hotel is close to everything you’ll enjoy! Specifically we loved Gala at the front desk ! Thanks for making our stay amazing!

Hotel was well situated for our needs, allowed us to walk to the different sites we wanted to visit such as Sagrada Familia, Aquarium and Mercat de la Boqueria. Some of the further sites we used public transportation. Rooms were clean, staff very friendly. Cannot comment on the breakfast, we ate out. The only negative, was that our hand shower was not working which would have been nice to have for our 6 year old, but we managed. I would return to this hotel if ever we decide to travel to Barcelona again.

Close to shopping , hotel is small and clean

This is a typical Tourism Boom hotel: they know they can leave their rooms unmaintained, neglect maintenance, and hire the cheapest staff with no training, because the Tourism Boom will mean their location earns them a fortune anyway. You can leave the rooms falling apart, hire untrained staff who can't answer any questions about the area or even help with basic guest needs. Doesn't matter. The money will flow. But those times are coming to an end, and it will be my distinct pleasure to watch dumps like this place go bankrupt.

Lovely staff, very clean, great location, wonderful breakfasts, comfy beds. Only things to improve are need smaller softer pillows and the hot food at breakfast was nit kept hit enough.

Clean room, nice and kind staff

I have loved staying here. Stayed here over 5 times and will stay the staff is amazing and the location is perfect. The only issue I have with my latest stay is the property needs some renovations. The beds are still super comfy and they clean really well but the bathrooms are getting to where they can’t be cleaned. My shower had a lot of mildew and the carpets are very faded. Still a great price for service and location but won’t stay here again until they renovate.

Lovely quiet room with a. Balcony & we loved the area surrounding the hotel. Much less touristy than the gothic quarter.

The Good: The hotel was very cute, the staff very pleasant, the breakfast was wonderful with lots of healthy options. They also provided luggage storage for us. The less good: Why are the pillows so big? I use a big pillow at home but these were gigantic. Four pillows provided all of them gigantic. Although the place was clean there was some mold in the bathroom and shower.

The hotel was great except the WiFi. Everyone was super friendly, place is really clean, rooftop is adorable. Unfortunately I had work to do and the WiFi was terrible. So if this is a friend trip with no work, this hotel is perfect.

Great place to stay in otherwise hectic center of Barcelona. Terrace at top floor is easy to access and enjoy it’s pool. Generous opening hours in general so no stress. Breakfast was brilliant. Many times I use to enjoy it outside but this was worth it at the bottom floor well organised with tables not to be disturbed by others. Bed is comfortable and rooms was silent enough with shutters for the windows for very good sleep.

The hotel was in a central location and walkable to popular areas. The train line was very close. Hotel was very clean and a comfortable bed. Check the size of the room you wish to be in as some are quiet small rooms. It has a lift so it was accessible. A very small step at the front when entering. Lots of breakfast options in close proximity.
