The bed was comfortable but the breakfast was terrible. Staff were poorly trained.

The air-conditioning did not work very well. It was 100 degrees temp outside and out room was in the 80's. Even their maintenance man could not bring it down much Very miserable sleeping at night. The other problem was that the we did not always get room service. We have business over in China so we will probably go back to that hotel because it is in the better location for what we need to do. They also need some American food!

Everything is fine, wide variety of breakfast, clean room, great bed except the location is a bit far away from city.

This hotel is new, the room is clean and comfortable. Probable is one of the better hotel in the region. It is also close to one of the big AEON shopping mall.

Well overall it was quite a nice experience except that was an incident that the room service open my room even I displayed the Do Not Disturb sign, this is due to the cleaning lady is rushing to finish their room cleaning a.s.a.p so that they can go off early (common practice in China) however this is unacceptable as whether I want to clean the room or not should leave it to me and at my most convenient time and not at theirs.

The rooms are big, the bed was super comfortable. Location next to Aeon mall makes it convenient to get food. There is also a supermarket in the mall. The only negative thing is they only have one bellboy. So if he is busy, you need to take care of your own luggage from car to reception.

수저우 출장때마다 묵어요. 무난무난 합니다. 다만 호텔스닷컴 통해 예약한 내역이 안나온다고 해서 카운터에서 오래동안 시간을 보냈네요

My room upgraded and it is found to be good!

호텔 바로옆에 AEON 몰이 있어서 식사등 아주 편리합니다. 호텔 조식도 괜찮으나 김치가 없는게 단점입니다. 호텔은 깨끗하고 뷰도 나쁘지 않습니다. 에어컨도 시원한 편입니다

房間舒適，客服體貼，早餐好食。在附近沒什麼的地區就是要找這樣的酒店才安心。

非常棒的Hotel, 除了地理位置方便以外，房間感覺整潔，服務人員親切有禮，未來商務出差也會入住此飯店。

綺麗で駐車場も有り、イオンやIKEAが近くにあったので良かったです。また、新幹線の駅も近いので便利だと思います。

Musste das Hotel wechseln weil kein Internet Zugang vorhanden ist. Man kann nur auf chinesische Seiten zugreifen also Finger weg wenn man das Internet braucht

如標題，飯店整體還不錯，乾淨，服務人員也不錯， 只是房間隔音不好，第一次房間大，但牆壁的另一側是電梯間，電梯運作時，房間內瞬間變得很吵，後來換了2次房間才有改善，但房間卻變小了。

旅館很新沒有菸味，人員服務態度好，但是餐廳菜色有點少，旁邊有Aeon Mall可以去逛逛。

飯店舒適乾淨，但缺點周遭晚上沒什麼地方可逛
