From the outside the hotel likes great and new Our room was showing some wear and tear. Our little tray table that was on bed on arrival was dirty. No way it was missed as it had clumped on food and dirty. Bathroom had paint peeling off walls and the towels were very thin for bath towels. Bed was not comfortable super hard. Pillows were great though. If it was more than an overnight stay we wouldnt want to stay or at least that room.

Very good value. Easy access from the highway. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue was the bath tub plug was not working but the night staff was able to rectify that problem promptly. The air conditioner was a bit noisy, but overall a good experience.

The breakfast is same as all other hotels - bare minimum.

It was very quiet and our room had a full size fridge, countertop burners, mini kitchen sink, and grab bars in the bathroom. It met all of our needs and more!!!

This is a pleasant hotel for our road trip stop! Never have any complaints.

We were greeted by the desk clerk immediately when arriving. She answered questions about the area and pointed out the beverage area with fresh cookies as she check us into our rooms. We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of our room as well as the small but complete kitchen. Had we planned to stay longer, that would have been a nice extra. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was very quiet considering how close the highways were. The breakfast area had juices and coffee plus a machine that dispensed lattes and other espresso type drinks. There were cereals, muffins and bread plus sausages, eggs and potato hash browns. There also was a pancake machine that dispensed two pancakes after pushing a button. All in all my group was very satisfied by our stay at this Quality Inn.

Shower curtain had mold on it. Only 1 light in room worked. Hair dryer didn't work. No replacement available

Property only had one flaw and I would say it has a strange odor maybe from floor cleaning. Otherwise it would be a higher grade for what we paid for the night. 😊

The only thing I would mention that needs attention is the bathroom sink tap needs to be replaced in room #412.
