Friendly staff, clean room, good location for walking around the Medina.

This is the best stay of all our trips of 5 hotel in Spain and Portugal. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. we loved the pillow, not too soft. Just right for me. Location is perfect. right in Medina and short walking to Bahia Palace.

Hotel staff were super friendly

Stayed for 3 nights when arriving in Marrakech. The pick up from the airport was smooth and they ensured we arrived at the Riad without any drama. Easily worth the €20. The staff were incredibly friendly and always helpful. They genuinely care about their guests experience. They even offered assistance if you wanted help negotiating (if wanted) in the souks & shops via WhatsApp. Breakfast was made fresh every morning and delicious. The location was convenient to the hustle of town, easy walking distance but just removed enough you couldn’t hear the noise of the Medina. If you are considering Riad Kaiss, stop your search and just book.

Lovely marrocan style compartment of bedroom, private garden and living room. Breakfast in the green garden with marrocan touch. Friendly services until the last moment with farewell souvenir and meal.

Riad Kaiss is truly a hidden gem — a little palace tucked away in the Medina. Every detail of the place is stunning, with a perfect blend of charm, elegance, and authentic Moroccan design. It’s beautifully maintained and feels like stepping into a serene oasis. What really makes this riad exceptional is the staff. They are absolutely outstanding — warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Whether it was offering helpful local tips, organizing transportation, or simply greeting us with a smile, their hospitality made our stay unforgettable. The location is also ideal — just a 5-minute walk from Jemaa el-Fna Square, yet quiet and peaceful once you’re inside the riad. Amazing place, run by amazing people. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, and the riad itself is so beautiful and peaceful, a quiet and green place in the centre of busy Marrakech. The hospitality is simply incredible. The staff (Badr, Fatima Zahra, Yassine, Yassine, and all the others, including servers and cleaners) made us feel so welcome, and were just truly outstanding. This place has my highest recommendation.

We loved how welcoming and helpful all the staff were at Riad Kaiss! The property was beautiful and we really enjoyed breakfast and a dinner on the rooftop. The location is super convenient with easy access to tourist attractions and the main square.

We enjoyed our stay at Riad Kaiss. The staff was extremely kind and friendly - they treated you like family which was special. Our room was great - we had a private terrace, the bed was very comfy and the AC was nice! We appreciated the care and attention to detail that the staff offered - Younes and Gigi were a great help to us during our stay. When we checked out the Riad gave us a parting gift and snacks to go which was such a sweet touch.

Long walk inside small alleys typical of Riads. Once inside it is ok. The rooms a bit smelly and the towels need to be replaced.

Just returned from a 4 night stay at Riad Kaiss. Immediately we found the Riad to be a welcoming , comfortable and luxurious place. The Riad itself is full of design features that keep surprising you the more you look around . Food was tasty and the breakfast a delight but this is all eclipsed by the staff employed here. Everybody was cheerful and friendly . The reception team of Mohammed and Gigi go above and beyond to make sure your day will run smoothly by organising trips and taxis etc. The Manageress is truly on the ball dealing with customers , agents and staff alike . Don’t stay here without having the in house Hammam experience ….now that really is a treat not to be missed.

Just perfect. All of the hotel staff made us so welcome, nothing was too much trouble for them. We had an absolutely amazing time and I cannot rate Riad Kaiss highly enough.

We had a great 3-night stay here. Staff were terrific and helped us with suggestions and reservations. The Riad is beautifully decorated. We stayed in the suite on the top floor and loved the private deck with cabana and lounge chairs and a table to enjoy breakfast at. Location is perfect - in the middle of the sites but still very quiet. Some noise from roof construction on the first day but it was not too bad after that. Price seemed a bit high but compared to other nice hotels / riads in Marrakech was reasonable overall. You will love this Riad if you choose to stay here - very authentic Moroccan experience!
