William Gray is a Nightmare Hotel with Rude Staff & Unreliable Facilities…The AC doesn’t work, hot water went out for hours while we were trying to get ready for a wedding, and we had to check out an entire day and night early because the hotel was unusable. The hotel said we could get a refund through Expedia if we checked out early, but when we called, Expedia said the hotel had denied it. There were also bugs in the rooms. The manager was beyond rude, dismissive, nasty, and gaslit us for “wanting a cool room,” blaming us instead of admitting the hotel’s failures. The hotel is clearly a money-making scheme; you even have to pay extra to use the pool. Even the rooftop, while offering nice views, had subpar, overpriced food with horrible service. This is the opposite of luxury or customer service. Spend your money somewhere that actually values its customers.
