Nice location

The location was beautiful, right on the lake. The staff was very friendly and the included breakfast was very good. Good coffee. We made special request of the room maintenance staff while there that went beyond our needs, and cheerfully so! I would highly recommend this location!

We were given keys to a room that was still being occupied. The system should not be allowed to make keys for a room that has not been checked out already.

The staff was helpful and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable.The view of Lake Keuka was beautiful. We were surprised that there was no safe in the room

Absolutely stunning location, great breakfast, clean rooms, and indoor swimming pool... best place to stay in if anyone is visiting the Finger Lakes region in NY.
