The bed is acceptable, but I have better at my own home. And it is only a double, not even queensized. Better stay options for better pricing in my view. Shower floor also had some dirt on it.

My shower room floor was dirty and the drainage was clogged.

Would appreciate if we could watch the World Cup Rugby, but there was not a sport chanel available

Definitely not luxurious as the room was advertised as- a peeling headboard, a pillow with a tear and dry-cleaning note still attached from previous date, plus a dirty microwave. No offer of toast at breakfast. Power tripped across the entire property and no one came to check if all good. The only plus was the friendly check in lady.

Good location--very good service from receptionist -who also served dinner and breakfast----I liked the theme----and being a DUKE for the night-- rooms have probably seen better days but still satisfactory-the staff were aware of the flickering light in bathroom--only real complaint, was that this 4 star hotel DID NOT ACCEPT AMERICAN EXPRESS CARDS

Friendly staff. Room and bathroom decorated in a unique style, loved it. Breakfast was delicious! Would recommend this Hotel over and over again.

The entrance was beautiful, the staff welcoming, the room was stunning. We had a private balcony exit to carry in our bags. I felt like I was staying in a castle! The bathroom was so pretty and I sat in the tub with bubbles to my chin. We stayed for dinner and it was delicious. So was breakfast the next morning. Our stay was so relaxing and I felt pampered. Don't miss it!

Excellent in every way. There is even an organ to play in the lounge if you know how to! Very welcoming receptionist.
