Staff was super friendly and even upgraded our room without asking. Super convenient to walk to Broadway and the Gulch.

Great stay, if in Nashville again will stay here.

No complaints about the hotel

Very comfortable and luxurious hotel with easy access to the Gulch and Downtown. Great coffee too.

The shower head in our room leaked so loudly! It probably just needed a washer but it got very annoying to listen to.

This place is really nice, the staff is amazing could be our new Nashville place they took care of us.

The Nashville Westin is great. Short walk to strip.

Clean and courteous staff

The Westin was a gorgeous, well-appointed hotel within walking distance of all of downtown Nashville's main attractions: Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, Country Music Hall of Fame & Museum, the Gulch restaurants and shopping. Quick and easy drive to both the airport and Gaylord/Grand Ole Opry area, as well. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, the Westin "Heavenly Bed" is always fantastic. Staff here was top notch, friendly, helpful and attentive. Highly recommend!

It was safe, quiet, and the staff was incredibly nice. What i did not care for was the fact that it's an upper class hotel and there are a few things missing-airport shuttle, little store for missing items, a coffee bar (not for paid coffee or in room)

I went for my birthday weekend and the staff was so nice and amazing. I received a complimentary bottle of champagne and any request we had were handled immediately

Close to Broadway (walking distance), staff was very friendly, check in and check out was very easy and convenient. Coffee was terrible.

Great Hotel

extremely close to Bridgestone Arena. It was fun to go watch a hockey game.
